Overview: The GEM Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting pediatric cancer patients through integrative therapies and community support. Donations made through our website directly fund our programs and initiatives. We are committed to transparency, security, and responsible stewardship of donor contributions.

Payment Policy: All donations made through our website are processed securely via Wix Payments and are encrypted for your protection. We accept major credit and debit cards. Donors will receive an email confirmation upon successful completion of their donation.

Refund Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or if you have a concern regarding your contribution, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@gemmn.org. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Personal information provided through the donation form is used solely for processing your contribution, sending acknowledgments, and sharing updates if you opt-in. We never sell, trade, or share donor information with outside parties.

Delivery of Services: As a nonprofit, we do not sell physical goods or services in exchange for donations. Contributions support The GEM Project’s mission and programs. Donors may receive periodic updates about how their support is making an impact.
